LITTLE BATTY BAKERY IS A COTTAGE OPERATION BRINGING VEGAN SWEETS AND TREATS TO FAIRS, FARMERS MARKETS, FESTIVALS, AND YOUR HOME IN THE LAS VEGAS AREA.
Steve & Maria have been ethical vegans since 2008. Maria has always loved to cook and bake so when they started their vegan lifestyle the first thing they did was explore new ingredients and foods they had never had before and some not even heard of before. What the heck was psyllium husk and we can eat hemp seed? Steve always had a sweet tooth so Maria welcomed the challenge to turn all their favorites into a veganized version. After years of compliments on her cooking and baking Maria finally decided to start with a Cottage Operation License to share her treats with Las Vegas.

EVERYTHING IS VEGAN!
All sweets and treats are great for vegan, plant based, vegetarian, or even if you just have a dairy and/ or egg allergy. There are no preservatives or artificial anything and even the food coloring is as natural as possble. And, when you see us about we only use recycled or recyclable packaging.
ORGANIC & NON-GMO INGREDIENTS
Only organic and non-gmo flours and corn products are used and if there is an organic option I will use it. It can be a bit more costly but we think it's worth it.
HOMEMADE VEGAN BUTTER & MILK
Instead of using processed off the shelf vegan butter, we make our own homemade butters from organic hemp or cocoa butter. We also make our own homemade organic hemp and nut milks.
